My Personal experience:
Years ago, when after telling all of my family and friends about how great I was going to be at my new Network Marketing Business, there was no way I was going to let them see me fail just because I had no idea how overcoming objections would stop me in my tracks.
Looking back, I guess I wasn’t very sure of myself and didn’t want the feeling of rejection that came with my inexperience. I even got a little defensive sometimes when someone close to me would give me an objection that I couldn’t respond to properly.
Moving Ahead:
There were too many goals(make link to goal page) I wanted to achieve to let not knowing how to handle objections get in my way. I couldn’t wait to get to that first promotion in my business. That’s when I reached out to my upline for help, read books, listened to cd’s and role-played with my sponsor.
What I learned first helped me the most.

Overcoming objections is actually fun. Once you can get this principle I’m about to reveal to you, stuck into your head, it will drastically change the momentum of your business.

It is not about YOU! It is not about your product, or service. It is not about how great your business is. It’s all about your prospect and how much they think you believe in what you are doing. They need someone who can lead them to succeed in what they are about to make a decision to do.
Your prospect simply gives you objections to test you to see if you have what it takes to make it.
Once you have this mindset, you will have no problem in overcoming objections.
